Absolutely! With the right help and knowledge, you can overcome your driving phobia completely.
Is the Fear of Driving a Rare Phobia?
No way! Many sources put it in the top 10 most common fears and some even in the top 3.
Is My Anxiety Dangerous?
No. One of the first things any good program or therapist will teach you is that your feelings of anxiety or panic are in no way dangerous and don't mean you're having a heart attack, dying, or going crazy.
Can You Recommend a Therapist?
We review some of the more popular programs that are used for the fear of driving, but we can't recommend individual therapists since we have no idea about their therapeutic style, knowledge, etc.
